To ensure the safety of our users, we use world class AI content moderation. We utilize deep learning and rule-based character pattern-matching algorithms to filter out harmful language and bullying. Our algorithm can also detect the semantic meaning of emojis, and our web scraper pulls specific examples of contextual emoji use. This means we stay on trend, we understand lingo, and we know how to filter out harmful messages.

  • NGL stands for "not gonna lie." We want people to share their honest feelings and opinions with their followers.

  • If you deleted your account or remove the app from your phone, you will lose your messages.

  • Yes, you should! We do not ask for your password or for anything else related to your IG account, so no need to worry.

    can I have multiple accounts?

  • At the moment, we only allow for 1 NGL account per device. If you delete your account or remove the app from your phone, you will lose your messages. Trying to log into your account on a new device will create another account with a new link and inbox.

  • If you delete your account, we cannot recover it, so please be careful!

    how can I unsubscribe from NGL pro?

  • We’re sorry to hear you’re not enjoying your NGL Pro subscription! You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Settings app if you have an iPhone, or in the Google Play app if you have an Android.

  • Tapping on your profile picture will give you the options to change it.
